Music Title: Dope Noir

Music Artist: Klaus Waldeck

Choreography/narrative/theme:

Drawing on the moody melodic and unique vocal signature of Dope Noir, this piece mirrors Erte’s Spirit of Ecstasy, an enduring symbol of freedom and sensuality on the nose of every Rolls Royce. Danced with blindfold and strings attached to her lover, this work probes the boundaries between capture and freedom. A deeply sensual and elegant work that matches the spirit of the music perfectly.
